Author Development & Coaching
Literary mentorship and craft development for emerging and established authors
Literary Coaching & Workshops
Writing is a craft that improves with intentional practice and expert guidance. Our coaching programs bring together aspiring authors with experienced writers, editors, and publishers. We offer manuscript workshops, one-on-one mentorship, masterclasses in literary technique, and guided writing retreats. Whether you're beginning your first novel or refining your tenth, we have programs designed to accelerate your development.
One-on-One Mentorship
Work directly with an experienced editor or novelist. Monthly sessions focus on your manuscript, your craft development, and your publishing journey. Your mentor provides editorial feedback, answers craft questions, and guides your evolution as a writer.
Manuscript Intensive Workshop
Deep-dive workshop for writers with complete (or nearly complete) manuscripts. Participants share work, receive detailed feedback from peers and facilitators, and revise in real-time. Small group (6-8 writers maximum) ensures personalized attention.
Craft Masterclasses
Topic-specific workshops taught by accomplished writers. Recent topics include dialogue mastery, character development, narrative structure, voice and style, and revision technique. Each class combines lecture, examples, and practical writing exercises.
Writing Retreat Programs
Multi-day intensive writing retreats in literary settings. Structured mornings with craft instruction, afternoons dedicated to writing, and evenings with readings and community. Ideal for breaking through creative blocks or completing manuscripts.
Publishing Guidance Program
For authors ready to publish, this program covers the entire publishing landscape: traditional vs. independent publishing, agent queries, submissions strategy, contract negotiation, and marketing planning. Expert guidance from our publishing team.
Fiction Craft Master Class
Intensive program covering the fundamentals of literary fiction: character and motivation, plot and structure, dialogue, point of view, pacing, and revision. Combines theory, examples, and hands-on practice. Includes manuscript feedback.
